Glenn, 39, of 1714 South Sixth, Brainerd
died of cancer this morning at St. Josph's Hospital. Genn was born September 7, 1937. in Minneapolis, and had been a resident here for the past 23 years.
He was employed in the instrumentation department at Potlatch Corporations's Northwest Paper Division here. He was active as a coach in Bronco and Pony baseball leagues, was a member of Park United Methodist Church, was active in all Masonic bodies, was a past master of Aurora lodge No. 100 AF & AM, past high priest of the Brainerd Charter No. 42 RAM, generalissimo of Ascalon Comonamandry No. 16 past associate guardian for Jobs Daughters, and a member of Aad Temple of the Shrine.
Surviving are his wife, Jean; one daughter, Kirstie and one son, Gary both at home; his parents, Mrs and Mrs Glenn W. Borg of Nisswsa; and two brothers, Robert of Superior, Wis.. and James of Nisswa. He was preceded in death by one brother.
The funeral will be 1:30 pm Saturday at Park United Methodist Church. The Rev Don Haarup will officiate and burial will be in Evergreen Cemetery. Friends may call at Nelson-Doran Funeral Home from noon Friday until 11 am Saturday and at the church from noon Saturday until time of services. A
Masonic service will be held at 7:30 pm Friday at the funeral Home.
